My favorite part was the communication. I can really tell that the management/owners really care about the customer. The tours were great as well. The VIP tour was an exciting experience and we were able to see where some of Miami’s most famous celebrities live! The next tour was the Everglades tour and it was awesome as well. They provided transportation to the Everglades as well as back. SAVED TONS OF MONEY! The tour was nice but the gator show was the highlight of the trip. If you’re in Miami you MUST take these tours. You wont regret it!
